Taxpayer difficulties
It is disheartening to see almost an entire editorial page (June 18) taken up with Dow Constantine and Jack Mayne's crying over how difficult it is for the County Council to raise our taxes. Each did their best to make us believe taxes were only going up 1 percent. Oh, if it were only so.
